Need opinions and/or advice on fertility?

I have been on a cycle that I am finishing up this week. I was on for about 12-14 weeks of test and some tren early on. My wife and I started to try to have another baby also for the last 3 monthes are so as well. I probably should have not been on but I had already started when we decided and I never had any problems before have accidently gotten her pregnant twice while on. Long story short, since she wasn't getting pregnant, we had some test done on her and they were fine then I had my discharge tested and it showed no sperm. Is this normal or should I be worried that I am infertile? I need some advice or opinions. My wife is wanting to go to a fertility specialist and they will probably take blood. I would prefer for them not to know about me currently just getting off. I am lost? Help please?

You may have temporarily lowered your sperm count to almost nothing. I would do an aggressive pct and go test it again after a month or 2.

Thanks, anymore advice or opinions. Also, what do you think about the fertility specialist and a blood test.

Well considering everything you just did and should be currently doing(pct) and the fact that all that has to do with sperm count.... shouldnt they know ?

test is actually a very good male birth control. run a normal pct and you should be fine
source checks- 200 posts and 6 month membership min. entirely within my discretion

I haven't been to any specialist yet. I really don't want to spend the money to go if I don't need it and PCT can solve my problem. Also is there a certain PCT that helps for with fertility

In general Id say get some clomid, nolva and arimdiex and in there maybe a bit of hcg too just to get the testes back to normal size.

never used nuttin but hcg for pct, and some of my cycles were a little too long.
I still had lots of kids.
    Don't worry.
As for telling the clinic.... I've never been keen on sharing that kind of info. It's surprising how far along the line stuff like that can haunt you.

"Normal" sperm count, as defined by the World Health Organization, is characterized by:

The concentration of spermatozoa should be at least 20 million per ml.
The total volume of semen should be at least 2ml.
The total number of spermatozoa in the ejaculate should be at least 40 million.
At least 75 per cent of the spermatozoa should be alive (it is normal for up to 25 per cent to be dead).
At least 30 per cent of the spermatozoa should be of normal shape and form.
At least 25 per cent of the spermatozoa should be swimming with rapid forward movement.
At least 50 per cent of the spermatozoa should be swimming forward, even if only sluggishly.

Yup, clomid and hcg will help...IF that does not work, then get some HMG. Oh, and you'll need your credit card LOL
