On the cycle:

Im going to take test-e till week 13 now. Than week 15 PCT to match up with the halfllife of Boldenone (EQ).

PCT will be:

Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20 (5 weeks)

No anti-oest on cycle (only when signs of gyno). No HCG since it is advisable at more advanced cycles. Question: Should I still use Aromasin at the PCT?

Training:
I train 5 to 6 times a week. With enough rest between each bodypart. I want to pump up my biceps or tricep each night to let nutritions flow better to it at night. Which makes it grow much faster. It will be light pumps with not much effort. So it will recover fast enough.

For example:
Mondays - Chest + calves, Triceps (at night)
Tuesday - Back + abs, Biceps (at night)
Wednesday - Legs + calves
Thursday - Shoulders + abs, Triceps (at night)
Friday - Back + calves, Biceps (at night)

This way all body parts get plenty of recovery. you must take in mind that I use alot of supplements and I eat 6 times a day with alot of good carbs. Besides that steriods make me recover faster too.
This way should be duable. If not, I can always adjust my training plan. Im formiliar with different training routines so it will work out. Thanks for the comments on my training tho
