everything is more intense
you'll shave lots off your 40, add to your vertical
you'll hit that double leg dump in the third period feeling the the first period whistle just blew
you'll already have his ankle in your palm before he even realizes you just shot a low single
assuming you know how to eat. if you wrestle for a half decent team you know more about training than 3/4 of this board.
