Spaghetti Bolognese with 200grams of tuna, sliced wholemeal bread and orange juice.
the 200grams of tuna has 50g protein alone, and the bread has 5g each slice so thats 60 all up, and the bolognese which is a shitload is another 60g protein, so thats about 120g protein in one meal, with a shitload of carbs.
