Responsible use of AAS is what 99% promote here. AAS are not a short cut to strength and size, they certainly assist but only if you have the dedication to eat, train and rest as you should.

At 135 lbs you need to work on the basics eating right, training right and resting.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but sometimes the truth is the hardest to accept.
