jethro, what do you mean by "man up and start pinning" ? i tried to look in the glossary of terminology used on this site and couldn't find it. lol.
pinning means injecting the AS instead of doing oral cycles which are toxic and not very good, with a few exceptions
and to everyone, i will be looking into ordering clen. i know posting websites of where to order is forbidden on this site, so i will have to do more research on where to get it. i've been reading the FAQs and searched topics on clen, and it seems to be worth it.

also.. i started my training on monday. i will be starting a photo diary to track my weight loss / mass gains.
here's my workout plan....
everyday before i work out, i do about 10-13 minutes of 180+strides per minute on the elliptical as a warm up
monday / thursday
biceps
rows
lat pulldown with closegrip bar
standing curls
shoulders
military press
shrugs
upright butterfly
back
rows
lat pulldowns with big bar
pull ups
deadlifts
tuesday / friday
chest
flatbench
decline bench
butterflies
triceps
tricep push things (pushing downwards on the little rope or whatever)
pushups
dips
wednesday
- running on the elliptical for 30 minutes
- running 1 mile
- ab workouts
- jump ropes
then friday night i take an ice bath for like 15 minutes.
as for my diet... i'm still trying to construct what exactly it is i should be eating and whatnot.. but this is my plan..
breakfast
-oatmeal
-orange juice
-1 scoop of optimum nutrition protein mixed with 9 ounces of water
-random fruits
cut out fruit juice and fruits, add 1 scoop of protein powder or other lean protein source
lunch
-2 grilled chicken breasts with white rice
-lettuce
-fruits
cut out fruit and add sweet potatos
dinner
-grilled steak with grilled hot dog
cut out the hot dog
all the cooking of foods will be done with the george foreman grill to grill off that fat and stuff..
how is everything looking?
