    trensomnia is kicking my ass, I want to sleep all day and not go to bed at night. On the plus side the dreams are freakin sweet. I think it's cause I never fully fall asleep. Kinda half asleep. I'd rather watch a good dream than a good movie any day.

    i never really got the sleeping problems. i didnt sleep as deep as normal, but i slept. i took alot of melatonin before bed and of course sex. so i guess that helped alot. what dose you taking? 100mg day?

    I have problems sleeping as well and i'm not even cycling...i take benadryl and melatonin and it helps

    I have a buddy who's doc actually prescribes him Xanex to help him sleep! Lucky SOB
