not bad, i would throw in some bcaas as eggs are a midrange release protein(around 6 hours i believe) so the bcaas will cause an immediate filling of your amino acid pool
meal 2- portein shake
what type of protein and you need carbs in here, throw in about 6-8oz of sweet potatoes
meal 3- 2 turkey burgers with whole grain bread
scrap the whole grain bread and add veges and 5-6oz of sweet potato
meal 4- bar
thats about as vague as you can get, scrap it and eat real food, eat some tuna with light miracle whip and barley or sweet potatoes
meal 5- 3 chicken breasts cup broc and brown rice
scrap brown rice, contrary to popular belief its not a very good carb, add sweet potatoes
meal6- shake
if it's a casein shake then your good, if not then get some cottage cheese and eat that, you can add 150-200g of blueberries, blackberries or strawberrys if you want
I throw fruit and different things to change it up, but thats what I had yesterday.
