the carb sources are not that great
you should replace the bread/sandwiches/pasta with potatoes lentils etc check out the diet forum

i just dont store fat im so naturally lean im not so strict on myself. at my most piggy sloppy point in life i was 13%

imo the only difference between a bulk and cut is portion sizing
