I eat a plate of lettice and sliced tomatoes put some lime powder chilli and eat it like that.... thats my salad there lol.... then I eat my main course.... beef or chicken..... sometimes I will eat some Melon or grapes but most of the time I will eat a grapefruit after my meal.
exactly!!...i only eat that much carbs before working out though so i can burn it off...love how it makes me feel
tonight my mom is making me dinner...chicken with brown rice and cream of mushroom...she mixes the rice and cream of mushroom then covers the chicken in it and bakes it in the oven
someone suggest me some music......i'm likin this theory of a deadman and i know there's a good band similar but can't remember the name......
