well initially i was going to do 60mg a day changing dosages every 4 days until 120mg, and then keep that constant til end of week 4.

how do i convert mcg to mg?

are you kidding? (60mg = 60,000 mcg)

here is the quick and dirty method......

1000 mcg = 1mg

1000 mg = 1 gram

1000 grams = 1 kilogram

if you are going from mcg to mg move the decimal point 3 places to the left...

if you are going from mg to mcg move the decimal point 3 places to the right..
