there are vitamins that your body cannot deal with in excess for sure; the oil soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
they can be stored in your liver for later but after awhile your liver doesn't like it and you'll get sick. water soluble vitamins like B's and C usually just piss away, though too much C can cause relatively minor problems in some people.
