Hello everybody
Since I am new here and currently doing my first cycle I thought it would be appropiate to make a lil log over it.
I am 23 years old, have been lifting for 3½ on/off. Havent really been getting the results I wanted, mostly because of bad diet and a badly scheduled training program. I decided to be more serious about the whole thing, and it is going pretty well. Started out at 146 lbs six months ago, and have now worked my way to 170. My height is 6.2, so really its nothing impressive. Deep down I know I should have waited much longer before starting my first cycle, but it has begun so no turning back..
The cycle consists of:
1-4 50mg dbol ed
1-12 750mg test-e ew
pct is not totally down yet, but i guess it will be:
12-? 2500ui e5d
15-16 40mg nolva ed
16-17 20mg nolva ed
Please, dont hesitate to correct me if I am doing something wrong.
I try to keep my calorie intake around 3500-4000 a day, more if I can manage.
I started almost two weeks ago, on Tuesday 12th.
Week1: 170lbs
Week2: 173,2lbs
Week3:
I hope to be using the thread to keep a track over the cycle, improvements ect. I hope to be posting some pictures at a later time, when changes start to appear. I make sure to take new pictures every week.
