great man so far.... I have notice a difference on my belly already.... and my clothes does fit looser than before. I also like the fact that I can actually be a lil hungry by the time my meal comes... not like before where Iw ould be full and I would still have to eat the meal... I would like to have my house remodeled. I had a contractor in here and he tore down the doors and frames to my bedrooms and I fired him, because I never asked him to do that.
