    i wrap my sweet potato in foil and put let it bake in oven with my chicken breast...I might try the foreman grill next time.

    I just turned to sweet potatos to replace most of my rice and wheat pasta consumption man i love them the smaller ones i micro for 6 min larger 8-9 min and i dont put anything on them i like them that way.
