Yeah that too. I've been having problems with my joints in my knees from heavy ass weight with my legs so tomorrow I'm going to try this Milos workout thats pretty brutal, done it before. You do supersets the whole time. Lightweight with pauses and full stretch non-stop will make you throw up. More than likely we will be in the same boat tomorrow
