Health Informatics is the Master and PhD program.

Sorrryy, I always post in here when I'm bored and then just get tired. just got home from an intense workout. biceps aren't really sore but damn my lats and back are feeling good

i guess my hard work has been paying off for me lately. today a friend of mine was looking at me and was like damn you're really starting to trim down and get a good shape to you. he's like your back is starting to look nice and wide and you're starting to get the V. he used to be heavy into lifting but now he's an MMA fighter so i took it as a big compliment.

then another friend of mine i haven't seen in like a month was like damn look at you muscle maniac

now to just cut this damn fat off
