I am in week 5 or a 12 week cycle of Test/deca/dbol. So far I have been amazed by the results in Mass and strength. Put on 14kg almost 30 pounds in 5 weeks (been eating like a machine :P) and my strength has gone through the roof. BIG PROBLEM though I have for the last 2 weeks been having really bad joint or tendon pains running up my arm from my elbow up my bicep.
I started taking glucosamine which definitally started to help but I can now feel the pain coming through again and is getting ALOT worse to the point where it hurts to lift something like a glass or when brushing my teeth.
I am not sure whether to take 1 week off training/to go lighter on my weights/or if thats common and I should just keep BASHING them weights out
Any help would be appreciated, cheers !
