    Are you talking about most_desired Nova? If I gave her bad advice on the fruit vegetable pills I apologize just thought it would help her get the benefits of them without all the sugars. I know thats your turf. I also had never heard of fruit making you fat, but didn't want to contradict someone that has been here longer than I have been working out so thats why I made the suggestion BTW
