    Yeah I'm on my last meal (o-mega 3 eggs and oatmeal) then in about an hour I'll do my casein and hit the sack. I woke up later than usual today. Do you think oatmeal at night is a bad choice. maybe another carb choice?

    Hey I cheat too. I don't think there is anything wrong with once maybe twice a week. I know some think otherwise but I thought it was a necessary evil to restart the metabolism. Your body adjust to the same foods after a while from what I was told, thats why when you cheat, you FREAKIN CHEAT!! Hey look at Ronnie or Arnold they did it multiple times a week and their results were ok I guess
