hey, thats cool!. Go for the tat. if you over think it you'll never get it done.
Just make sure you have it clear when you go for it. In my modest opinion a full sleeve is too much for your fist tat. Maybe a full forearm or so. But thats just me. Here are some suggestions...
DON'T tattoo: a tribal, stars, elfic or chineese letters and all that stuff
what you CAN tattoo: a quote that has a lot of meaning to you, a symbol of your heritage or family, a god or literary character or historic person you identify with. An animal. whatever that has a deep meaning for you...my second suggestion; If you are getting a full sleeve make it a whole themed sleeve and go for a realistic tattoo. Which not many people go for. Unless you really love oldschool stuff.

I'm here working on my 6th, 7th, and 8th tattoos (plus 8th piercing), all of which i'm planning to get on my next birthday (which is a couple weeks from now).

Been scouring loads of sites trying to get ideas I can work with.

I promised my best friend I would get the inside of my lip done with her, we get all our tats together.

But I think I want to get something on the side of my boob, to where if I had on a bathingsuit you couldn't see it. Also, I wanna get a little dive flag on my shoulder blade.

Please, don't get a tatto on those places. They with be there for ever. A tattoo on your lip can look cool now that you're in your 20's (i guess) but imagine the day you're a mother, or older...same for the boobs. Men shouldn't tattoo the stomach because that area gets fat or skinny when you're old and the tattoo looks ugly and deformed and the you have to cover it up...the same for women, boobs are not firm forever.

Shoulder blade is a good place! For everyone. The whole back is. Arms too. even the neck...

Other than that, its your life...do whatever you want.
