I eat about 7 times a day, reason for so many say i open a tin of tuna and eat with 4 pieces of wholegrain bread i will half the tin of tuna and eat with 2 pieces of bread and then the other half of meal later on.
Been training since 17 on and off. Started properly at 19 going to gym eod accept sunday.
Nether cycled befored.
I have read alot of pct mate has aromisin and nolv at hand if i need it.
And my goal is to be masssive! Size and strenght is top prioirty, but then also cut and still fast like i am now but all that can w8, i want my size and strength first.
