    Hey Bros

    Life is crazy so are we ...
    There is some photos for me i know that quality is not good but it will give an idea on the whole thing
    Legs photo is 14 month earlier on stage .I am taking new images after finishing my cycling
    AGAIN DO NOT PANIC ABOUT THE QUALITY =)
    and for who asks i finished 3 local shows first one second place then again second and at the last one FIRST

    It's my old mobile phone camera , actually i wellcome gifts like nokia N95 then i promise i will take nice quality pictures .i spent one year with the same clothes to buy my gears .My big dream is the olympia,oneday i'll get that honor

    Actually no..
    I train my forearms twice a week
    first day is when i train ARMS
    second day is friday which is my off-training day but i escape to the GYM running from my family lol

    lol that's it for off season. My friend just went to the Canadian Nationals ... his off season is 270 lbs and competition down to 205-210 (5'8). Also got another friend who got invited to the worlds, competition weight around 140 and normal around 170ish (5'4). Man you can get huge if you try to get to 200 lbs off season then shred down. Anyways you looking huge man, nice v tapper.
