do they prosecute??? if it's siezed then dont they take action against you?

no they don't do jack if they seize shit

and they don't even flag your address unless you have a great number of seizures to the same address in a short period of time....like 5 plus.......that's what i've been told is the truth of the matter

This is completely untrue......I had a packaged seized and received a letter.....about two weeks later, DEA/swat literally kicked in my door, handcuffed me, and tore my apt to shreds.......Luckily, after i received the letter, i dropped my supply off at my gf.....Thank god, they found absolutely nothing, and had to pay for a new door....

But the moral of the story is, they will do what they want, when they want....
