My first blood test after Sustanon/Anadrol

hi all,

I am in progress of my first cycle:

250mg sustanon/wk-10wk
50mg Anadrol tab/day-4wk

I'm took a blood test for liver function and hormones after 3wks of the cycle above. Here the results:

Liver Function Test: All are within the range including Alkaline Phosphatase/CGT.

- Free T4 is ok

BUT: ALT is 50 mu/ml (0-30), AST is 47 mu/ml (0-30)


Hormones Test:


VERY LOW:
Follicle Stimulating hormone is <0.1 mIU/ml (1-12)
Luteinizing Hormone is <0.1 mIU/ml (2-12)

NORMAL:
Estrodiol is 12.5pg/ml (0-54)
Prolactin is 9.5 ng/ml (2.1-17.7)

HIGH:
Progesterone is 4.6 nmol/L (0.28-1.22)
Testosterone is 1179 ng/dL (241-827)
Testosterone (SI) is 40.9 nmol/L (8.4-28.7)

I will appreciate your comments on the blood profile, is this typical or should I start to worry?

I have taken the following steps:

For elevated liver enzymes:

1) I'm taking 200mg N-acetylcysteine
2) I;m taking Silymarin/Milk Thistle/200mg/ 3 times a day
3) Liverite tabs 3/day

I reckon my enzymes shld normalize when I come off from anadrol in a wk or so.


For low FSH/LH:
1) The low levels are due to the high Test so shld I start HCG injection? or should I wait and do it after my last wk of sustanon? since high level LH/FSH may also inhibit Test in blood.

wht you guys think on this?

-I'm considering taking tribulus for this trhoughout the cycle

For high progesterone:

I wonder if this is consider HIGH level as elevated progesterone may also block high estrogenic effects. shld I take any actions on this? I do not have Letrozole.

For high Test:

Wowww!! it shows that the sustanon is REAL stuff, for new guys like me, even 250mg is sufficient!

For my PCT: ( I shld start abt 2 wks after my last sustanon):

1) Arimidex, 0.25mg /4wks
2) Proviron, 4wks
3)Tribulus/zinc 2.5gm/day/12wks
2) Indole-3 carbinol tabs/100mg/12wks

I only got the above stash when I got them from turkey so I could not get nolvadex/clomid

I dont think taking Trib during the cycle is going to do anything. Its supposed to elevate natural test levels so being on Sustanon your own test production will stay suppresed until you come off.

How come you cant get letro, clomid, nolva? You can order that online you know?

not sure what your asking concerning the progesterone. if its a gyno concern,
gyno is part of a coordination of hormones. They are interrelated, so ideas of "progesterone induced gyno" are misleading. Estrogen is a necessary component of breast development.
progestins work via the PR. But their action via the PR does not cause gyno in any direct fashion. Progestins seems to be rather asexual in their characteristics. Progestins can aggravate estrogen related gyno, the current theory being an upgrading effect on the ER.
progesterone can only cause or aggravate gyno in the presence of circulating estrogen.
so controlling estrogen levels should eliminate any progesterone related issues.

How are you shooting the sus?

Your liver will be fine, until GGT isnt elevated they are fine. Note that bodybuilders had even without drugs elevated AST, ALT, CK (muscle origin).

Your test level is still high from sustanon and LH and FSH is still supressed. Do PCT and retest after it.

I think I will redo the blood test after my PCT to check if LH/FSH are going up.

I shld stock up some nolvadex nx time I get my stash.
