Ok Im 30 yrs, 5"6, 85kg, 12% bf
I eat about 6 meals a day and I am trying to bulk as I want to compete in about a years time. I try to have up to 3500 - 4000 calories a day. Ive been doing bodybuilding for about 6 years and this would be my 5th cycle.
