its weird i am taking prop so I expect pain, the pain came as normal at the injection site but it also swelled up where the delt connects to the humerus. its not an infection seemed to happen way to quickly for that and it gets better every day.

yeah I learned the hard way just because you have a 1" or 1.5" needle doesnt mean you have to bury it all the time. I imagine you could easily go to deep on the pecks

im thinkin about shootin pecs next cycle and the ventrogluteal. but no experience with those locations so i want to make sure i got it right first

umm in my experience they like to just stab you really quick and it hurts like hell compared to doin it urself

ventroglute is by far my favorite place seem to notice it the pain there the least. To find it this is what i do. Find your greater trochanter "head of femur in the hip" place finger on it, now find anterior superior illiac spine "its the front point of your hip" Now draw a imaginary or real line from one point to the other. in the middle of this line mark a dote about 1/2" towards your back. this is the ventro gluteal, palpate a bit make sure your directly over muscle with not chance of hitting bone and your good.

Thats used to happen to me. Not anymore since i bough this big pillow. So now i just have one big pillow that can't fall.

u guys should try olivio instead of butter has no cholesterol or trans fats. 1 tbs is 80c and 8g fat with 1.5 sat fat.

if you look in that picture you will see they have their palm on the greater trochanter with their index finger pointing towards superior anterior illac spine then you inject in between the V. its quite hard to do that to yourself
