    Yet another Q about Waxy Maize

    Q: I read on here, and on other pages that Waxy Maize should be taken on its own, directly after workout for the most benefit, and thereafter take proteinshake, creatine and what not after 20 minutes or so.

    I would like to give this method a go, but my waxy maize tasted nasty on it's own.

    So here is the question: Would it be okey to mix in a little amount of fun light with it, and just mix it with water after training, to add a little flavour, I'd guess that fun light would not slow it down, since there is practically zero amount of carbs, protein, and fat in it. Pretty much just water.

    Well I suppose they only make it here in Norway, don't know about that. But it's a flavoured drink that you put water into to make it less dense and taste midler and softer.

    Low calorie, great tasting stuff.
    I'd guess its something like diet soda without the carbon acid?

    I have also seen that USA also have something similiar which is very popular, dont know the name though

    Crystal light and such, yeah go for it, wont cause any harm. I use this method but I take my supps with the WMS and then just Protein 30 mintues later. No complaints thus far.

    Sounds great, looking forward to experience WMS, and see what it's like.
    Been dieting for a long while now, and have not had quick carbs in like ages, not creatine either.

    Just added creatine again, and WMS.
    Wonder whats going to happen

    I'll just take wms with a little fun light, then take protein and creatine 20-30 minutes later I think.

    One more Q: will creatine slow it down? Is creatine digested fast?
