Yeah my first injection was in my quad and that muscle tensed up to the point it didn't flex for 10 days and I wasn't about to have that happen to my shoulders and chest. Didn't realize I was such weak sauce. Didn't wanna just tough it out because I'm know for my strength in the gym. I hit the 150's on the flat press 6x, 120's of the shoulder press and squatted 455 x4 (thats not that great I know) and hit 1000 lbs on the leg press for 20 reps during the last log. I can do better though. But I'm in PCT right now. BOOOOOO
Yeah I gotta go to the store in and get me some more food.
i am sooooo antsy to start my next cycle. got to wait about another month then it's gonna be on like donkey kong.

You might not getting enough carbs....load up ..
every now and then you might want to take a day or so off to let your body rest.
