How Do I Know If I Recovered

I am about to start pct, and am already thinking about the future...

If I never got my test levels checked before I started my cycle how can I ever know if I am fully recovered?

I know there is a range of natural test levels that I could compare my test level to after getting it tested, but would my doctor my old test levels recorded or stored from previous blood tests years ago?

I feel as though i naturally have low test as my facial hair is pretty pathetic, and don't know if i'll ever know if i am ready to go again...

Before you even think about another cycle you need to get a blood test.

This is a great tool for knowing if anything is out of wack.

If your test levels are normal, you have recovered.

how do you do this? go to the doctor and ask to get your test levels checked? Also, is this covered by most insurance policies, and if its not how much does a test like this usually cost?

why not just tell your doc. the truth? Tell him/her you ran a cycle and want to check your blood work to make sure things are ok.

not sure id just tell the doc about your gear use unless you are having serious issues that require a docs attention.. docs who are open minded about gear use are few and far between.. there are several reasons you could use..how old are you?

There are websites that you can "order" complete blood work. You go into a lab get your blood withdrawn and your results are posted under your account online. Really quick and easy. Something like less then $200. Cheap!

I'd never tell a DR about anything. While they are bound to not tell your information, they can still list that on your insurance, which can cause all sorts of problems.

Besides, most Doctors I know of, can't read blood work when it comes to weight lifters. For example your AST levels can be elevated because of kidney damage. They can also be elevated because of hard workouts. A Doctor that you would have informed about your AAS usage would automatically say you have kidney or liver problems and to STOP immediately.

Inshort, they are morons in my opinion. Anyone that gives pills out when they should be giving out a diet plan is a moron in my opinion.

because your insurance company then has access to that information and you could be refused for insurance in the future..

that's why you don't tell your doctor..

i understand i can get tested but since i never got tested before hand I dont know what my natural test level was before the cycle, do doctors save the info about your blood work from years before? I got blood work done 2 years ago and it was a complete exam, just wondering if he would have that on file?
