Please critique my PCT

Coming off my first 12 week test c cycle next week friday. I will start pct 18 days after my last inject friday. I am planning on doing nolva at 20 mg a day for 3 weeks and clomid for 3 weeks 200 mg a day down to 50mg.
I also read that some people use proviron. I am willing to use it because I can get it really easy.

Planning on starting my next cycle at the end of december after about a 3 month off period. Thanks for any advice

w 1-2 40 mg nolva 100 mg clomid
w 3-4 20 mg nolva 50 mg clomid

NEXT!!!!!!!!!!

200mgs of clomid wil turn you into a wreck. the mentality of running huge doses of that stuff is long past.

nolva/aromasin/hcg

proviron is nice in pct as well to avoid the crash feeling

no since ur doing test only, so nolva and clomid are enough

proviron probably isnt necessary on a light test only cycle. when you start getting into 19nors and your recovery and libido/mood suck in pct it can really help

The proviron is good because it keeps your sex drive active. It also helps your testies produce testostorone again. You only need about 2 tablets of proviron a day.

I would,it is not needed but if you have through it in ive always had great results when using proviron in my pct

Well I can easily get the proviron and I would like my libido to stay on track, so I know its not necesarry but I would like to add it together with the clomid and nolva

word playa, Clomid is not necessary and usually causes more side effects then it's worth

Nolva is far more effective.

Even the HCG is iffy when you are only dealing with a light/T only cycle

yep, you know it. i think i might start including hcg through my cycles though to help avoid the crash. 19nors shut me down heavy.
