Yeah it's good, I'm pretty much the classic starving musician (except I eat enough to feed a third world country), but I do get paid to be at a gym and paid to play music live, most of the money from music goes back into it though. But I'm pulling to make a solid living off it, who knows maybe even get well known. Even if I don't get paid I'll do it, it's what I do. But thankfull it's looking like there's a future in it for me, wether with my current project or not.

and I absolutely love it here in BC, except for the ridiculously cost of housing and property rentals, and it does rain a lot which can get annoying, I enjoy the rain in general though. It's been hot for the last couple weeks so I'm ready for it to come back

i personally took insulin for the first 4 weeks of pct to help a bit. and i would say up the cals by 500 or so per day

I'm way over maintance for me. I don't follow the general rule that Nova and Nark go by, you know calculate your exact amount. I mean I know what I'm getting in but I don't get so worried when I'm putting on mass, I love food so much. Leanin up thats a totally different story

Oooh same as me, I'm probably packin more goo around the waist than you though at somewhere around 20% BF.
I just lost 50 pounds though and I'm feeling pretty F'n good bout it so I think I'm gonna focus on slabbin on muscle for a bit then cut down again.

you are not the only one who is eager to get huge. a long ass time ago my ultimate goal was to be a lean 205. once there my ultimate goal was to get up to a lean 230. once there my ultimate goal increased to about 260. tis a vicious cycle indeed

i dont follow that diet regimen either, especially when bulking. i've been monitoring my diet rigidly for the past 5 years and have found out exactly what works for me.

Yeah I sit about 8-10% at 5'11'' my weight is always going up so I just put superheavy on my profile and at my height if I wanna be competative I gotta stay in that weight class at 3-4% bf
