yeah i agree 100% on diet mine isnt very good.

1st meal 6eggs maybe some oatmeal
2nd meal: 2 tuna sandwiches on wheat
3rd meal: chicken and rice
4th meal protien shake
5th:more tuna
then carbs after workout and protien shake. along with 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day

i have a personal trainer who is an ex bodybuilder and let me tell you he is sick! hes going to help on the diet and of course the training. he made me bench 405 but had two fingers under the bar of my chest then let go so i dont count that. im just looking for mass cause i think i got enough strength.
