lump above nipple and redness

i dunno if thats gyno or not but its ****in painful,i am having this above one nipple only had it only yesterday i was thinking its cystic acne since i didnt have tingling or numbness in my nipples,i had it like for a day and went straight away,i am not having this in my nipple just above it,is that gyno???also i am having it in one side only,help

nope it didnt it just appeared yesterday,the numbness went i had slight tingling like a week ago which lasted for a day..

Well if you are looking more bloated and your nipples are getting itchy, thats the best indicator.

Yes, it can initially. I wouldnt take any chances, get an AI just to be safe.

nolva is a thing of the past when it comes to preventing gyno. You want an AI. But if thats all you have 20mg a day is sufficient.

i dont have any except nolva and i think its fine to deal with test induced gyno,how much should i use and for how long?

Id use it straight through to PCT. gyno isnt easy to get rid of, and looks hideous.

One thing it definatly could be is an ingrown hair man especially if it's just on 1 side .I've had that a few times on and by my nipple.it's red and sensitive and hurts like hell,it's like a pimple without a head that won't pop.plus u said it went away in a day,if u have gyno,u have to treat it with AI or nolva and even then it will take more than a day to go away.
