i agree and see your point totally, as i said, i'm the ruhl twenty years in the future.
but you have to have the self-discipline to avoid it and will power. you have will power because youre able to do your workouts and diet. now you need to use that to avoid unhealthy impulses. otherwise it will NEVER stop effin with you
