I went shopping today......about time its been awhile

/mmm food. I'm thinking bout frying up a batch of ground turkey, just not sure what to do with it. Maybe pour hot sauce all over it and leave it at that? No clue.
And I think I'll let it marinate for another hour or two, my legs are too whiped to stand up long enough to shower, I have 2 hours before I have to go out so I'll put it off as long as I can haha
PS I beat my record on the leg press, I know I see some guys here who rep out 1000 pounds, and I am nowhere near that level yet, but I squeezed out 12 reps of 615 and I'm rather pleased with myself.
Nice Chode......that is exactly what I would do.....being lazy after I work is the best.....to bad I work in the morning now then go to school or work
I'm thinking about getting ahead in a few of my classes and then working part time somewhere, but i'm not sure.
nice! that's pretty damn good. 20 reps on the leg press whipes me out haha regardless of weight.
I felt like I could crank up the weight up a bit too, so I'm gonna go for 8 reps of 700 I think. I'm only taking creatine right now, got a cycle starting in about 2/3 weeks and every cycle my leg strength goes through the roof, so hopefully I'll be going up and up.
I had cardio and abs today.......then I lifted my pen and flipped through my textbook rapidly until failure.........so mission accomplished full body workout

Tell me about Chode these guys and there heavy weights try lifting that pharmacology book all day and then going through three chapters like squirrel on crack......then writing until you start getting that burn in your forearm and wrist......endurance is the key lol
