so i had done a deca only cycle for 10 weeks at 500mg, yes it wasnt the best of cycles however i learned now. soo 2 weeks and 4 days after i started taking nolva 10mg a day, and its been about a week and 3 days so far of 10 mg a day; and im starting to notice pain in my right nipple. It's beginning to hurt, any opinions?

hehe, if the deca didnt soften your manhood, the letro sure will. But its better than the alternative. Best of luck. Ps cabergoline or bromocryptine are options as well i believe.

increase your NOLVA dose at least to 20mg daily.
