Damn just had my first sh1tty workout in months, think i'm getting sick.
Yah, I really do. Usually I have to pull myself away at the end of the workout, today I wanted to run out the door and go to bed
And Im thinking im gonna go reverse of my current plan. I was sitting down on the seated row and looked at myself in the mirror and thought "gross". These last 20 pounds or so are harrassing me, time to toss my desire to get stupid big aside and do it right. Keto diet and ECA here I come, what the hell's the point of getting huge if you can't see the muscles your building.
I went to my prom hehe.... it was cool.... we even got lost on the way to the beach lol.
I agree with you slightly, and that's coming from someone (me) who used to get slammed 4 nights a week, wake up in my own puke, get arrested, etc. I grew out of it and now look back in disgust, and I see my friends who havnt changed and really now don't respect alcohol.
BUT, I still drink once in awhile, it can be fun if you don't do it every week. It's good to let loose a bit and be social, don't knock people who enjoy mingling with society.
Yah up here we don't really have "prom", it's not a big deal. We get dressed up nice and go somewhere for dinner and some people dance, the word prom doesnt exist and it's not some huge ordeal like it is in the ole US of A.
...that being said I still ravaged the poon.
