Hey guys,
I'm so far a natural body builder, I have been training for over three years,
I like to think my diet, sleep pattern, work out program and in general overall lifestyle is pretty much in check, in fact my every hour revolves around bodybuilding!
Anyway, I'm looking to increase my lean bodymass with dianabol at the expense of gaining some fat if I must, I'm 225lb with approx 15-17% bf, I want to gain 10lb of lean muscle tissue.
Are these gains possible with a Dbol cycle?
And if so I also intend on cutting in the near future when I acheive my mass goals, how long would you suggest I wait for my test levels to recover before I start cutting up?
If you can offer alternative cycles please do...
preferably orals!
