    Something other than cottage cheese

    Whats a good meal reaplacement for a bulking diet for a meal before bed other than cottage cheese?

    I tried the cottage cheese but it makes me gag and throw up for some reason cant stomach the cc.

    you could get some casein protein powder, or use anything dairy, drinking low sugar soymilk, low sugar yogurt anything like that

    Thanks guys was going to get some casein but was hoping to find a food alternative for the protein just thought it was better than a shake.

    Never heard of syntha 6 have to do some research.

    make a cottage cheese shake im not a big cottage cheese fan myself throw cottage cheese in the blender with some berries cinamon splenda add water so its not too thick lil protein powder and pound it. it'll taste good too
