Whats a good meal reaplacement for a bulking diet for a meal before bed other than cottage cheese?

Thanks guys was going to get some casein but was hoping to find a food alternative for the protein just thought it was better than a shake.
Never heard of syntha 6 have to do some research.
make a cottage cheese shake im not a big cottage cheese fan myself throw cottage cheese in the blender with some berries cinamon splenda add water so its not too thick lil protein powder and pound it. it'll taste good too
