get adaware.....from lavasoft.....that's what i use....and if ur using internet explorer get something better

Got SpyDoctor which I loved and kept things good for a while.

Also have Symatec and Norton but I'm seeing a lot of people like AVG. So I might try that next.

Interesting, when I want something decent I usually go to a place where theres lot of viruses (piratebay) and notice what the common folk there use.

But I will def look into it, never heard of it before.
