Not true. Post your diet. If you don't respond to food your the first person in the entire global that doesn't so I would just forget about steroids cause it will be a waste of money

Yeah your diet is off, it looks maybe ok but could be organized better with a few additions . You gotta know the ounces you are eating, b/c a lunch box full of chicken to me sounds like your eating 16 oz of it. I'd hold off on any drugs at this point in time

Totaly agree with this, that diet needs sorting mate, i bet if you added up your daily cals it would probably come to enough to maintain muscle, but certainly not enough to build any.

Sounds like your not doing one of the following. Not training consistently or correctly in the gym. Two and half years in gym, thats on and off and thats doing this and that excercise in the gym. Not eating enough of your diet consistently or in the correct quantity. None of this is in serious order, so your gonna remain how you are for quite a while. Sounds like you probably only got back into the gym for not very long at all and wanna rush gains. I'd lay it off, educate and be surprise at what you can gain with your natural potential first.

Yeah you have plenty of time to gain muscle and do it right. Your only 20 and should wait anyway. Venture down to the diet forum and look into the mass gaining diet. Good luck!
