Whats up skully, you doin another late night gym sesh. And buffalo meat is so good, the steak selections we got at kroger that are lean are too thin and the thick was are either to expensive or too much fat

nah man didn't make it to the gym tonight. well actually i did make it but nobody was there so i didn't get to workout. gyms at my buddys house down the road LOL. so i went running instead.

I was wondering the same thing when I first started to think about it after reading a Chris Cormier diet and honestly its in most red meat sections you just after to look for it. You have kroger where you live, at least Im pretty sure you do, I know they have.
