I want to get into powerlifting need help on how to get stronger in all lifts but my bench is a little low.The only way i get stronger is by routine bench etc programs.Like this http://www.hardcorepowerlifting.com/...=ironman1.html
I will be lifting on gear while i powerlift so teach me how you guys lift to get strong on gear/off.
