You ever do rotator cuff exercises Logan. I remember when I dislocated my shoulder 2 years into working out I was plagued with problems doing chest but did the exercises and I am much much better now, no issues any more. Also check your form out for side laterals and bent over laterals for your side and rear delt. I would guess I see 80-90% people at my gym have bad form and are tearing up their rotator cuff.
