My body type and my goals are not the same as yours bro...
I tend to do more cardio than 90% of the people here simply because of my profession its a must.
But i usually advise cardio 4-5times a week. High intensity 3times a week. 30-45mins a day.
I always advise a warm up jog of 2 miles everyday though i dont consider it cardio training.
And i already gave you diet advice, im telling you, with proper training, and that diet, youll get up to 175-185lbs natural in about 9-12months.
