Hi all just some advice for a 1st timer please.
I have some Test E im about to start. Only catch is that im off to Sydney in 4 months to the day for a 4 week holiday during this time I will be doing an advanced boxing conditioning camp which will involve 2 high intensity training sessions per day including a 10 km run. So from now until then ill be training to get my fitness up to that level.
I would say im a moderate gainer. I only want to put on around 5 kilos but my main concerns are it being obvious im on gear (as this would get me thrown out of my club and gym) so any advice on keeping zits ect. to a minimum would be awesome.
also some advice on dosage, periodisation (preferably the shorter the cycle the better), and if i can get post cycle therapy drugs over the counter?.
