I would sugest runing it eod for optimal blood stability and the least side effects. Sustanon contains Terosteron Propanate which requries eod injections at the minimum thus sustanon should be injected at teh same frequency. It can be run twice per week with good results but you are increasing your chances of side effects. 12 weeks is good though, what do you have planed for pct?

the very small amount of prop that is in sust hardly has any effect on bloods.
mens natty test is all over the place natty (higher in morn and lower at night)
no side effects there.

sustanon should be inj. ED or EOD. 12 to 16 weeks and should be stacked with something else. Some of the HOF can post what It can be stacked with. Like deca or even dbol, Personally I would prefer the test cyp/deca stack. The problem with sustanon is that it is made up of four different esters and are released at different times. Sustanon is great for HRT but due to the frequency of inj. It is not so desirable to first timers or even experienced users.

i dont understand why pinning sust ed is the best when most of the sust is med-long esters ,the 30mgs of prop that is in per 250mgs ,it is pointless injecting sust ed just to get the 30mgs ed of the prop.
if i was planing on pinning ed i would go with prop 75mgs ed .

certainly not the first time. but in reference to the discussion at hand, I had less acne sides from sust shooting eod than twice a week. everyone is different, and with some it may not be an issue, but with me it was. I recommend long esters for first cycles just for less pinning.
