How to....avatar pict? please help

How can I change a picture so that it is 150x150 pixels? Thanks

go to google.com click on images.... then on the right it will say something like advanced image search.... search for a small image... sometimes... make sure it's the correct type of file... then search away... you just have to look to see what every picture is.... it took me a long time to find a surfing picture that fit the 150 x 150 requirement. HAHa actually got it myself....As you can probably notice Im not that good with computers.
