    My goal weight is 200..... but I think I am going to bo now to how I look.... I been getting a lot of people telling me that I have slimmed down on my last picture.... yet the scale didnt smile down... so I think I am going to change my goal to how I look.

    More than likely your replacing the fat for muscle. The scale was down 11lbs in one week. Thats smiling down IMO. You could definitely tell a difference. Continue to take week by week pictures and weigh ins on the same day. Try to weigh yourself in the morning
